Measure Up and Initial Consultation

Whether you reach out to us through a walk-in, online, or phone inquiry, our initial consultation will be dedicated to understanding your specific requirements. This stage is crucial for us to grasp your vision and ensure we are aligned with your needs from the very beginning. We believe in building a strong foundation through clear communication from the start.

Design and Quote

Following the initial consultation, we will craft a detailed quote based on the design you have in mind. This quote will be accompanied by renders that visually represent the proposed design, giving you a clear picture of what to expect. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive and transparent overview of the project’s scope and cost.

Agreement and Confirmation

Once you review and agree to the design and quote, we will revisit the plans with you to ensure every detail meets your satisfaction. We will also discuss the payment plan. Upon receiving the deposit, we will proceed with signing the Terms & Conditions, warranty, and product selection form, formalizing the agreement. This ensures that all parties are clear on expectations and commitments.

Project Management and Installation

The signed documents will be handed over to our product manager, who will conduct a final measure-up to ensure all specifications are precise. Following this final verification, production and installation will commence, ensuring everything is executed according to the agreed plan. Our team meticulously manages every detail to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.
